Open Classes

Silhouettes Dance Company hosts Open Classes taught by company members once a semester. The fall open class was taught by Cade Greer to a “Jazz Funk” Combination.

Most of the important things in the world have been accomplished by people who have kept on trying when there seemed to be no help at all..jpg

Our second open class of the year was taught by our very own Silhouettes Alumni and former Artistic Director, Adam Martino! Adam taught an excerpt from his latest show's choreography, Anatomy of a Dancer. This was a fun filled class of musical theatre!

Silhouettes Dance Company hosted a series of open classes this summer that occurred every other Thursday at 5pm in the Hart House Exercise Room. We welcomed dancers of all levels and styles to join us. Classes were free with a valid T-card; guest passes $18.00.

Special thanks to Hart House for letting us share our love of dance with the UofT community!

Below are videos from some of this summer's open classes:

Open classes are also held during the school year upon studio availability. All open classes are additionally promoted through the Silhouettes Facebook group and Instagram account.

Stay tuned for more open class information throughout the school year!
